Default air to water setup issue.

So I run a air to water setup on my k20 and keep having a issue with cooling. The pump keeps air locking after a pull, I can drive around with no issues (Only happens after a pull). The air temps get pretty high even with ice in the tank. Tank has a -8 vent, all the water line's are -12 with a pt1000 core and pretty big pump (Can't remember the name off hand). Could it be a core issue? Maybe the pressure under a load causing this? I'm stumped at this point, a buddy runs the same stuff I do on a similar setup and never had an issue. Thanks!

Sounds like the water is moving away from the pump on hard acceleration. That would be poor pump placement or pickup placement.

How about a couple pics?

I don't have any right now but I will snap a few in the morning. The pump is mounted underneath the water tank on the bottom of the car. I keep the tank pretty full with water so it shouldn't even move enough to let air into the pump unless it's sacking it in somewhere else. Damn thing is a headache smh lol.

It's a pain, but the gains are pretty great. I don't miss my A2W setup one bit. lol
