Default B18C oil pump port


I have a doubt, this is the work that is done to the oil pump B18C ??
It is right to do this in an oil pump p73 ??
O only it has done in D16?

Well its the same general idea when porting it either way but he does say the B series are the same desighn. Im just wondering why he couldnt find a perfect sized washer to just put on instead of getting a electrical washer and drill it out and cut it. Finding a washer that size shouldnt be that hard is it?

The only company I have heard of offering ported oil pumps is Endyn.

I think it mainly involves some blending of the turns so the oil has a smoother more natural path to flow.
