So in the past 2 months my car would very occasionally start rather sluggishly or slowly. Then as I was leaving work last night it wouldn't start. I heard a single clunk sound but it wouldn't turn over.
I put the car out of gear rolled back a little and popped the clutch. I wasn't going fast enough to start it. But the engine "rolled over" a little bit. Then I tried starting again and it worked. Got home.
Today I tried to start again and I got the single clunk sound. Reading around the internet I'm hearing different things. Steps to trouble shoot?
So here we go again Honda Tech! If I can fix this myself with help from this forum, it will be the 5th major fix to my 2 Hondas!
BTW it's a 93 Civic

Test the battery.

 

As Ron Said..test battery. Autozone and other parts stores tests them for free.
