Bought an 08 Civic that has minor front end collision damage. No airbags deployed, airbag light on, seat belt chime constantly chimes with both front seat belts buckled and passenger airbag off blinks, what might be the issue.

 

You might have to bring it to Honda to have them run their diagnostic scanner for it to see what is causing the issue.
