Is this also your first time dealing with a shop?

They fucked up your car. You brought it back, and they fucked it up again? Go back in there and raise hell. It's not your job to unfuck their work.

Well firsr time dealing with a shop that has messed my car up and I called them and theyd said theyd look at it but its probably nothing theyve done... but depending on how bad my timing was off and if it messed up the valves I'm gonna try to a get them to fix it or b take em to court

Not too hard to check the mechanical timing yourself, assuming you have some tools.

all you need is a ratchet, extension, 10mm socket and 17mm socket. if you want to adjust timing, add a 14mm to the list. and eyes, gotta have eyes.

Turned out to be a what now? Explain that, because right now, it doesn't make any sense.

Didnt make sense to me either but the service note says cam sprocket and bolt so maybe the bolt tht hilds the sprocket? Idk to much bout hondas so ya but at least now it runs other than its throwing a code 43 which is fuel supply system but its got a new pump and filter so maybe injectors or relay?

Could be something simple like the fuel pressure regulator or the vacuum line to the FPR or some other vacuum leak.

That literally makes absolutely zero sense, dude. It sounds a lot like they're jerking you around hoping you'll go away.

CEL 43 is a funny one to diagnose. When was your fuel filter last replaced? Are you using the stock FPR? Hold old is your O2 sensor?
