Icon4 K20/k24 or GSR

New to Honda Tech so not sure if I'm in the right forum. But originally was going to go F20B but realized the parts aren't that easy to come across. I'm going to decide to go with k series or b series. I know k series is $ and b series is a drop in motor. Money isnt a problem. I have a eg hatch as my daily and I'm trying to figure out which motor will give me great numbers at track yet eat gas. If a fully built GSR boost by gear will keep up or even sauce a K, ill go for it. But if a k is better fully built, that's my way.

Its based upon your budget, purpose and preference. The K series can make a lot of power without need for sleeving, but replacement parts are more expensive than B series. But, B-series transmission and block are a bit more robust when it takes a beating (outside of just raw power), so, you'll get opinions on both areas.

Everyone has a budget, not matter what people initially say. you have to look at the purpose of this car before you can easily make a decision. Continue your research, look at your options and go from there.
