Default Replacement Shift Boot questions 88-91 Hatchback

Since the OEM shift boot for the 88-91 hatchbacks looks to be long since discontinued, what is everyone using for a proper OEM replacement? When I say proper, I don't mean a DC2 shiftboot because that piece is too big and looks very bulky when installed.

Any other OE pieces come close to duplicating the 88-91 boot? Anyone have a lead on a new old stock OEM piece by chance?

Check out Top Gaiters on eBay. I bought one of their shift boots for my Mazda and the quality is excellent.
