1.8L Automatic Cal Emissions



Hey guys I am having some issues with my Accord. I quit running about a month ago out of the blue. I think have narrowed it down to the ignition system but I am having trouble pin pointing the problem. I am not currently getting any spark at the plugs and if I put a timing light on the coil to dist. wire it flashes intermittently. I have replaced the wires, plugs, coil, ignitor (in the distributor) and checked all wiring surrounding the system with good results. The only things left in the system are the ignition condenser and the distributor itself... Problem is they don't make the condenser for it anymore and nobody that I can find carries one... PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

Thanks for the links. I have already gone through every part website and warehouse I could find here and in Japan and no one actually stocks the part. I have been told that they are unable to remove the item from their website but they no longer make/carry/have this part or the updated part. I am now thinking I will make my own... Going to give it a shot and see what I come up with. Thanks for the reply and research though!
