Hey all, I recently replaced the stereo head unit i my 99 Accord and after replacing the stock head unit, I was left with 2 unmated wires: Radio Illumination wire (red) and Radio dimming wire (red w/ black stripe).

I left them unattached and afterward I had no cluster lights and no taillights. I went back and attached the illumination wire to the power and that restored the cluster lights, but I'm still without taillights. I've tried all the obvous; fuses, etc., but I've got nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

My battery was weak this morning so I removed the radio illumination wire and I'm back to square one

 

Hope that you just blew the #10 fuse in the pass side underdash fuse box.
