Why not just source these parts in the UK? Highly doubt you'll save money on them buying them the us

I thought they were more common in the U.S?

I can get one over here for £30 which is about $50. Seems expensive for a piece of plastic.

Nah. you're better off getting one there in the U.K. But you'll still pay that amount anyway. You won't get them for any less here in the U.S.
