Default 02 Honda accord LX - RPM drop on startup & Engine clunking

My car I notice has a rhythmic clunking noise now, one that isn't what you would typically hear in some cars. It can drive with the clunking noise too I don't notice any apparent threat to my car just the noise being much more louder than your typical rhythmic noises from the engine bay. Along with it I notice when I startup my car my RPMs will go to the normal around 1,000RPM idle but drop to around 250RPM after 1 second of being on seeming like its going to stall and comes back up to a little over 1,000RPM idle.

Now before any of this about 5 days ago I had a check engine light (See Picture for troubleshooting of CEL). The thing is before I could even do any fixes my check engine light turned back off so I ignored anything that was on the check engine light list, could any of the things on it possibly have to do with my current problem? Thank you.

Number two cylinder miss. Sounds like the number two cylinder is dead. Either no fuel, spark or compression in the cylinder. Pull the spark plug first...check it out. If you have spark...then suspect a fuel injector(Or lack of signal to the injector). If theats a no go...then do compression test.

We checked all spark plugs incase and they all spark. As we put all the plugs in and attempted to drive again the engine stalled out in traffic and ever since the engine can't turn over. Next best thing to do would be all the fuel injections or what do you suggest?
