Default 2000 accord v6 revs but won't go HELP

HEELPPPPP !!!!! Please

so 3 days ago in stop and go traffic I tried to go and the car didn't move. Rpm went all the way up but the car didn't move I tried again and it jerked and was delayed. Also it'd get stuck at 20mph I'd push to accelerate an again rpm would go up but car would stay the same.
On day 3 it turns on but won't drive. I've tried all gears. Something isn't catching! The car doesn't ride smooth to begin with so I don't feel that click or w.e anymore when I change the gear.
The car is now stuck in my driveway what is the problem and what do I do!?

A friend looked, said it's the transmission because the engine sounds great. Fluids are all good.

Any help or suggestions would be great!!!

Verify the ATF is full. Turn the engine on, place the trans in every gear for a few seconds, put back into park. Remove dispstick, wipe clean, reinsert, and recheck. Fluid should be within the hash marks.

Common 'death' of the ATs is the fluid is never changed and the sump filter becomes impacted with friction material. This is usually noticeable as the transmission will also start making a whining/whirring sound from the torque converter area from the pump cavitating and not flowing any fluid. You can try draining the fluid, if it is brown/burnt and full of material with the drain plug covered in gunk/goo then it is most likely the filter is impacted. You can try to add new fluid with a hydraulic cleaner to break down the gunk and free up the sump filter. There is no way to readily replace the filter as there is no sump pan to remove. The case would need to be opened, and this requires removal of the trans.
