Wtb: EM1 ECU

Need to buy and EM1 ecu or any USDM ecu that will work on a jdm b16b so I can pass emissions. The emissions station can't communicate with the jdm ECU

Retail from a Dealership is $692.

eBay/Online average is $110 to $150
