I bought a 99 civic from a guy that swapped the engine, he said he disconnected all the parts for the A/C but he left them in. I'm in Texas and the days are still hot here and I've never messed with an A/C. I was wondering if anybody had some instructions or a diagram on how to make it start running again. Anything would help!

Disconnected refrigerant lines or electrical connectors or both?

 

Can't tell because we don't know whats missing.
