I have a 2000 civic hatchback. The other day it was pouring and I turned the heat on to clear the foggy windows. Every vent works in the car and blows hot except the one for the windshield. I have no knowledge about the heater system in the car just found it weird how every bent blows hot but the windshield has no air coming out of it. Any help is appreciated

 

blower box has a bad flapper motor or stuck flapper.

Do i have to remove the dash to find out or is it accessible by removing the climate console?

 

Test the mode control motor.

 

How should I test it?
