Default 1991 Accord Loss of Power

I have a 1991 Accord Automatic.
While driving I start to lose power, can't accelerate, sputters a little bit and then engine light comes on. Once engine light comes I gain little power back. I notice if i turn off the car and turn it back on the problem goes away and I get all my power back. Engine light goes off.

I have replace:
Distributor
Spark Plugs
Spark Plugs Wires,
Clean ERG Value,
Sprayed Carb Cleaner in the intake.
No smoke

Your best bet is to find out what code(s) are being thrown by the ECU.

You can try to read them yourself, using the paper clip method.

Once you find out what error code you have it might help point you in the right direction.

Warm the car up completely until it starts acting funny. Unplug the oxygen sensor, when the light comes on see if the car runs better. If it does it's likely the oxygen sensor is bad.
