R.I.P. Saul Salceda-Mission Critical Performance
EDIT: Here is the go fund me link for Saul's memorial fund.

I'm surprised nothing has been posted here about it but for the people that haven't heard, Saul Salceda from Mission Critical Performance passed away yesterday. I never met him but was always a fan of his driving and the cars that he put together. From all the posts I've seen on social media during the last 24 hours, everyone had nothing but good things to say about him and this is a huge loss for the Honda drag racing community. My condolences go out to his family and friends during this time.
If you knew him or had some experience with him, post up your memories of him...R.I.P. Saul Salceda.

I just got the text about this. I heard he fell at work and hit his head. I never met the guy, but I'm also a fan of his work. Condolences to the family.
Great guy. Talked with him a few times. Always was willing to answer any question whether I was a paying customer or not.
I heard it was a dyno accident but didn't ask much more in respect to his family and close friends. I would like to hear what happened but I"ll leave it up to his family and friends to see if they want to release that or not.

Yes, it was a dyno accident. He allegedly stepped on a roller during tuning of a trophy truck and sustained head injuries. RIP, so sad.

RIP Saul! I never met him either but we were communicating through email about getting some head work done for my car. He said he would take good care of me on Wednesday. His last email to me...so sad...condolences to his family and friends!
Hey forum, so sad to hear about Saul. I know his wife from back home. The family set up a memorial page. Please visit and help anyway you can. He is leaving behind a wife and two daughters.

I still don't believe this happened to my cousin, I have really good memories from wen we were really young, we used to go to Palmdale and Irwindale together to watch the races, he was only 15 (Saul Salceda) we spend good times at the junkyards destroying cars to learn how they worked.
RIP Saul Salceda, my heart is with with you and your family.

Holy Moly... that is such a shame. I met Saul in the last couple years and I must say he was a very kind, humble, and knowledgeable guy. My condolences and prayers to the family. It is so ironic... I was literally telling a customer just a few hours ago that I wanted to send a cylinder head out to him for the MCP treatment...
God Speed Saul !!! RIP my friend.
