But what does it do? Touch the car without putting key in, and itll unlock/lock and start?

 

If you have this system in car you couldn't start a car because system cuts off the fuel pump and ignition , only when you hold this touch key to this small receiver then everything work , Moreover, as the car turned off the receiver flashes as an alarm
