i am thinking of getting a guage cluster for my 89 civic DX, one with a tach, if i get one from an 89 si what, if anything will i have to do to make the tach work???
Also what ever cluster i am going to get is going to have different milage on it than what i have how do i get the milage down, to where i am at???

it should just plug and play. as far as your mileage, just take the odometer from your old cluster and put it on the new one.

 

the swap you are referring to will be completely plug and play, just remove the old one and install the new one. all the wiring and mounting is the same. as far as the odometer, you can swap those individually from the clusters.
