Alright guys as you have read I have the auto version of the F20B I just came up on some Type R cams from the Euro R as well as the intake manifold -- my question is will the valve springs and retainers from a H22 fit on the F20b -- I know there is a difference in the intake valves and or the exhaust valves -- And also when upgrading cams do you need to upgrade the valves or just the valve springs and retainers?? Please and thank you for any help.
