Default Fiberglass molding and repair

I have a wide kit made from fiberglass that i will be attaching to the car with rivets and after i want to know the best way to mold it to the metal parts of the car so that stress cracks or any type cracks have a reduced chance of forming

I also need to repair my front and rear bumpers which are fiberglass, i have already used the fiberglass resin to do the repair on the inside and for the outside i wasnt sure if i should use bondo filler or something else

I did learn through google that fiberglass is a PIA to sand so using it as a filler is not the best idea

I wouldnt use plastic filler on it because after awhile from expanding and contracting the plastic filler will crack. Use fiberglass resin to fix it or kitty hair strips then put the resin on it and sand down.
