Default 1995 Honda Accord Oil leak -- please help identify the source!

Hi. I have a 1995 Honda Accord LX (non-VTEC) with 157,000 miles which has a significant oil leak. It loses 1 quart per month or so. I'm having trouble determining exactly what is leaking.

There seems to be a small leak coming from the bottom corner of the transmission(?) under the passenger seat, and another, more significant one, coming from a little closer to the center of the car. I've attached a picture showing the leaks.

The distributor was replaced a little over a year ago, so I doubt it's dripping down from the Dist. O-ring. I just replaced the valve gasket cover and associated o-rings around the spark plugs which solved a problem with wet-fouling of the spark plugs, but alas did not stop this drip as I had hoped. Any help identifying the source would be greatly appreciated!
