Fan not working

Fan not working
Bought a 96 ek. Only settings 3/4 worked on the fan.
Bought a new blower motor and resistor. Installed both. Now nothing works at all. Thoughts ?

Checked all the fuses. All good.
Ripped apart the dash everything seems connected. Idk what it could be and don't want to go to Honda Dealership and get raped
