I remember seeing a picture showing pics of the mounts you needed to put a b-series engine into an EG...is there one for an EK? (B20 swap)
Sorry if this is a noob question...i'd like to see what the parts i needed actually look like...

To drop a B series into an EK, you need a rear tranny bracket from a 99-00 Si, and you need a drivers side mount bracket from a 99-00 Si.
Only 2 brackets. Nothing more.

You need the all of these from a 99-00 Si 0r a first gen CRV. you need the rear tranny mount, the cast mount under the cam gears, the stamped steel ___ bracket that goes on the one under the cam gears to the ___/
urethane mount on the frame (driver's side), and the front drivers side lower mount from a 94-97 Del Sol Vtec, 94-00 integra, 1st gen CRV or 99-00 SI (The mount on the block, you can use your urethane mount that is on the bottom of the frame for any of these!

You ONLY NEED the rear tranny bracket and the driver side bracket (under timing belt cover).
YOU CAN USE ALL OF YOUR STOCK RUBBER MOUNTS.
Do you need an integra front tranny bracket as well?
Any pics of it?

Just use the front tranny bracket that comes with the tranny, or that is for the specific tranny your using.
hold up, lets get this straight. B-series into an EK requires:
1. 99-00 Si REAR tranny bracket
2. 99-00 Si driver side bracket
3. the tranny bracket for your engine on the FRONT of the tranny
4. the stock manual tranny civic bracket for the tranny located on the side closest to the passenger side wheel (the one that bolts to the top of the tranny)
correct?

Ok I will clarify....
Starting from the rear and working my way to the front.
Rear Rubber Mount (bolted to subframe) = STOCK EK
Rear Bracket (between motor and Rear Rubber Mount) = 99 SI
Upper Tranny Rubber Mount (bolted to frame rail) = STOCK EK
Upper Tranny Bracket (bolts to tranny and Upper Tranny Rubber Mount) = STOCK EK
Passenger Side Rubber Torque Mount (bolts to bottom of frame rail) = STOCK EK
Front Tranny Bracket (bolts to front of tranny and Pas Side Torque Mount) = From any DOHC Del Sol, 94-01 Integra, 99-00SI
Driver Side Bracket (bolts to block under timing belt cover) = 99 SI
Driver Side Fluid Filled Damper Mount (bolts to top of frame rail) = STOCK EK
Driver Side Bracket2 (bolts to driver side bracket and Fluid filled mount) = STOCK EK
Drivers Side Torque Mount (bolts to frame rail) = STOCK EK
A/C Bracket (bolts to front of block and Drv Side Torque mount) = ANY B-Series [but if you want to keep A/C get the one that matches your A/C compressor]
Note. you can use the pas/drv side torque mounts from an integra but you need to chissle off an plate on the frame rails. The 99SI uses the same torque mounts as the DC integra. The other non SI EK's use a slightly different style, but removing the spot welded on plate will allow you to use Integra style mounts.

in a EG
-ac mount from del sol vtec or 99/00 Si or B series powered equivalent of your own if u want ac to actually work. if u just want support, integra works.
-rear mount from an integra
-front tranny mount for an integra
-u can keep the top tranny mount from the d series.
-see how the top drivers side mount is made of 2 pieces? upper and lower, as long as the lower portion is from 95 and under B series , manual trannied civic/or a 01 and under manual trannied b powered integra, u can use that lower portion, and u can use the upper half from a d series mount.
i didnt believe it either til i saw my boys pull it off with his b16 in his dx coupe. so basically all he needed to buy was the front and rear tranny mounts, (seeing as he had no ac mount). yes..wierd. i know, but it worked. and the swap is clean as hell.
....................................
for ek:
-rear tranny mount from integra or si or whatever.
-front tranny mount from integra or si blah whatever.
-u can keep the top tranny mount from d series.
-for the drivers side mount, u can use the TOP half ONLY if your b series motor has the bottom half mount from an 96+ B series civic. u cant use the ones like for EG and DC and prior. the holes are little offset from the 96+. so if u wanna keep the top half from the d series, make sure u find a lower half from an Si or dohc powered jdm EK .
-for the ac mount, umm i guess Si or JDM B powered EK if u actually wanna keep ac working, but im guessing an integra mount will work if u just want support without working ac.

come to va and check it out..actually go in my sig i think you can see all the stock mounts in the pic. its very possible..also im using a 99 si ecu with no problems
Tony is 100% right. There is no way in hell you can use a sohc drivers side bracket, and sohc rear tranny bracket to fit ANY B-series engine into an EK.
The engine bay pic of your car proves nothing, since a B16 COMES with the proper mounts anyways dum dum. You ARE using an Si drivers side bracket and rear tranny bracket. You're confused a little..

uh dude, my motor came with no stock mounts..how the **** you gonna ****** tell me what i did with my own swap..its all stock mounts come to va and look..im using the si ecu to witch people bitch about saying cant be used in a 96-98 ej..Im not gonna sit here and argue with you guys over bullshit..I would've used the mounts if THE FAGGIT FROM VERTEX wouldve gave me the mounts with the swap...

aight ill take pics tomorrow...every ****** mount...you gotta buddy in honda-tech from va he can come over and watch me
Yeah, tell us what harness you are using and what you did to the harness. You can use the 99SI ECU but it wont work on the 96 harness without repinning the entire thing or using a coversion harness.
