Default Squeal noise when I start moving

Hi, I'm driving a 98 prelude base. My question is, what do you think it is that's making a squeal when I start moving. I usually warm my car up and it seems to only do it when I first drive away and doesn't make the noise all the time. It's not a belt, definitely coming from the wheel area on driver side, but my brakes seem to work pretty decently. I'm thinking I'd like to get my tires rotated and balanced and see if that does anything, or does this just sound like brake pads?

Brake pads will do that sometimes when you first start out in the morning, but it is usually gone by the time you back out of the driveway. Anything more than that is probably another issue.
