Default 94 Accord Brakes

OK ... I have been working on this car for over a month. Have had to 3 local shops and once to a dealer. Pedal goes to the floor. Replaced Master Cylinder twice, thinking first one was bad. Bench bled. Replaced Booster after dealer charged me $115 and said that is what it was. Still goes to the floor, I have bled all 4 wheels numerous times. I adjusted the push rod and now have more pedal but it still doesn't stop like it should. The only thing left is the proportion valve for $230! Has anyone ever had an issue like this? Do I buy a proportion valve?

Are you replacing the MC with a new OEM one? They're only ~$140

And do you have an LX or EX with ABS?

Sorry, lx, non-abs. They have both been aftermarket, one reman and one brand new.

None of the calipers are upside down are they? With the bleeder on the bottom?

No, all are on top. I am just finding it hard to believe it would be the proportion valve but it seems to be the only thing left.
