Starts then dies. HELP!!!
My daughters 04 starts only with cps unplugged. Checked voltage on blue wire and get about 5v. The voltage stays constant, plugged up to cps or unplugged to cps. The crank position sensor is new. Also the 5v doesn't change when engine is turned by hand. Please help.
