Default No crank no start after replacing accessory wiring harness.

97 Accord EX 4cyl 2.2
I replaced my right side accessory wiring harness after some damage made my electronics go funky. The problems with the wiring harness seem to be solved with the new one except now I have a no crank no start. Everything was working that was not related to that wiring harness before I started the job.

When I turn the car on all accessories work AC, lights, etc. It just does not crank. I hear the click, no load is put on the battery because the lights do not dim.

The wiring harness that i replaced was the right side one that runs under the wheel well. It controls the right side lights (regular, brights and auxiliary), AC and a few others.

-Checked fuses
-Charged battery
-Tapped starter

The thing that is messing me up is the wiring harness I replaced has nothing to do with the starter.
Could just the fact that I was playing with the electronics pushed a starter over the edge?

Any advice is welcome.

Check first that you're getting battery voltage at the small wire that connects to the starter when you turn the key to the start position.
