Faint fuel smell through the vents

Faint fuel smell through the vents
2008 Civic DX. Sometimes when accelerating there is a faint fuel smell through the vents. Do you guys have any clues what this could be? I suspect that the fuel injector o rings are damaged but I could be wrong. How hard is it to check the fuel injectors for leaks?
