Did I **** up my buddy club RSD?

I was trying to figure out how to adjust the preload/dampner this evening and I don't know if I overclicked but now it just keeps turning (still with clicks) more than 15x in either direction. Any thoughts? Is this something that can be fixed? Already emailed buddy club but hoping someone on here might know.

EDIT: Simple solution, just ended up buying the **** from BC for $16

Lol everyone throws the word "preload" around for everything.

You were adjusting damping force. Preload is something completely different. Glad you got it figured out.
