Icon4 Heli-coil. I fired my assistant, the no-show scam artist.

HI. I'm back, bitches. "Whoever said the Honda will still be where it was has won the bet." I'm highly pissed off at my "mechanic." I fired him again. While I focused on getting a job and stuff, and I have been working, I was going to let him finish what he started, as he was a proclaimed "Honda builder" and someone I used to work with, etc etc... Nope! Turns out he is only interested in my money when child support takes like 75% of his check. So.. without TOO many details, the last time money was exchanged, he was supposed to at LEAST get my Head back on.. but, one of the bolts seemt to have "a lot of resistance" going back in. So.. Now, I must do it myself, I even traded an old phone I had for a brand new toolbox yesterday (a good Napa unit, big red toolbox I can actually put stuff in yet still throw in a trunk) and I'm ready to really attack this thing, even if it's 2 days a week, like tonight, where I got to actually sleep a night before I go back to work tonight. ....

Anyone needing to vent, go right ahead, I didn't check any Inboxing lol so, vent, or whatever.. then if we can focus on this thing.

I think I need to check ALL the bolts holes now. All 10. I discovered "compressed air in a can." I need a method of really cleaning up my bolts, since I got cat hair around my tools, so maybe use WD-40 to clean? Maybe I should get a tupple-ware thing and put some WD40 in it? Or invest in B12 Chem-Dip can? .. All I know is, one SEEMS TO look really dirty (right side of thread, about in the middle of) and I'm down to do a Heli-coil. I STILL NEED TO GET THIS CAR OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY and I STILL DON'T HAVE TIME FOCUS OR MONEY FOR ANYTHING INVOLVING A NEW ENGINE OR BLOCK.

Check out this one... I'm actually beginning clean-up now, of the garage.. so, not sure if this bolt had dirt from outside (it is possible) but.. eww.

New water pump, new tensioner, water jackets cleaned up a bit still have some ways to go.. Must clean out holes again, maybe the compressed air, as some stuff probably got in them. Engine ready for re-assembly, past this little issue.. Flatness checked with my "Machinist Precision Straight Rule," that long awkward name, is there a shorter name?

Project pic: (Car hasn't moved)

"One of the bolts" (I hear I should get new ones, when I figure out the threading/Helicoil

If i remember correctly it's an 11mm x 1.5 but I will check and if what I posted it wrong I'll repost the correct info. All u have to do really is take a head bolt with u and say u need a heil coil to fit it and the best place I found is NAPA.

This could turn out good...

Hmmmmm...

This Time-Sert may be easier than I thought.

All I need to do is find the right Time-Sert, and attempt screwing bolts into the holes. Probably get those new bolts, too...

Just saying, its probably better at this point to get a good shortblock, if not a whole longblock.

Maybe even cheaper.

This thought DID cross my mind...

And, if I can maintain focus, maybe, JUST MAYBE, I can actually... do it.

People in here are pissed because they been saying that for months, is a lot of what was happening.

I have a video coming up of how dirty the bolts holes were.. (Trust me, it says a lot about why maybe these bolts aren't cooperating. Nothing stupid.)
