Default Accord A/T Stumbling and Gear Problem

Hi everybody,
I have an Accord 93 with A/T.
I have some problems and unfortunately I cant trust mechanics around me. I've spend lots of money for full engine rectification but still the engine is not smooth. I always get the car with more problems than I initially delivered it to from mechanics.

1) My first problem: When I press the gas pedal both in P and D the car is stumbling and rpm becomes erratic. If I dont press gas pedal its idling very smooth.
Like this:
I've just replaced fuel filter, IACV and FITV. Besides I also have lpg in my car. And same problem exists when I switch to LPG. Also there is some oil leakage around distributor since long time, but this stumbling problem is new.
PS: One day later, when I started the car in the morning it started idling bad even at P, without me pressing the gas pedal. Here is a short video of that:

2) My second problem: Most of the time the a/t shifts from 1 to 2 only after 4000 rpm in D3 and D4. But if gear is in 2 it shifts from 1 to 2 very smooth.
For example if I'm going in 2nd gear in D2 (2) and if I move gear to D3 or D4 the a/t will drop to 1 and rpm will surge. It seems in D3 and D4 somehow the car needs over 4000 rpm to move into 2nd gear.
Or if I'm driving in D3 or D4 and rpm starts to go higher than 2000 and the a/t doesnt shift from 1 to 2 and if I lower gear to D2, the a/t immediately shifts from 1 to 2 and the engine relaxes.
There is no Transmission error code or anything blinking.

Any help will be very appreciated.
Thanks.

Automatic transmission shifting and performance will be greatly affected by the engines running condition.

Fix the fault with the engine.
I believe you have a vacuum leak, purchase some throttle body/carburetor cleaner and spray around the intake manifold at the main joints. Verify the FITV and IACV are correctly installed. If the O ring for either of those is loose it may cause an air leak. Check the intake manifold is correctly bolted to the engine.

Thanks for your interest.
For now I have another problem. The car doest start at all.

I bought a spark tester and tested the distributor coil. it sparked. then i put back the spark wires and tested each of them. each of them sparked. but the car still doest start.

When i turn the key i hear the fuel pump engaging.
The car isnt staying upside down which stalls and stops most hondas. actually its a bit downside up (front is higher than back). i even leveled up the back of car put some stones under tires to bring front and back to similar level. Still it doesnt start.

In another incident, Ive sprayed brake cleaner into the air intake and it got fire for few seconds))

And i saw something like oil when i removed spark wires. Do you think head gasket leaking oil or sth? or bad spark plugs??

Here is a video of how it doesnt start))

Well Ive fixed the no start issue.
So back to inital problems. Most especially stumbling when I press gas pedal. Its very annoying and makes drive very uncomfortable.
Nobody has any idea with regards to this?

Have you already done the basics? Replaced the spark plugs (and checked their gap!), wires, and taken the distributor off to check its condition?

I'd also check out the EGR cleaning stuff, maybe pull the injectors and take a peek at those as well. May also be worthwhile to recheck your FITV/IACV/TB cleaning stuff.

Vacuum leak is possible too I suppose, get some soapy water and spray it on the hoses to see if there's some bubbling.

IACV and FITV are new. It wasnt long time ago that Ive cleaned thorttle body.
Im waiting for a tool to remove and check spark plugs.
And I just cleaned injectors. Ive also ordere injector revive package with new gaskets etc.
Ill check EGR and vacuum issue in more detail tomorrow, coz its already late here.
And thanks for assistance.
