92 civic signals and clock not working
So all the sudden out of the blue the signals quit working. My hazards work fine. I checked the fuse for it and it was blown #15 fuse under dash. I replaced it. I turn the ignition to the on position and it blows instantly. Lights off or on it blows as too and the ignition is on. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing it? Thanks in advance.

If the fuse is blowing every time you turn the key, there's a wire grounding out somewhere. Remove your turn signal bulbs (all four of them), does the fuse still blow? If it doesn't, then install one bulb at a time to narrow it down to which one is causing the problem. If it's still blowing with all bulbs removed, unplug the relay and test.

Also, check this TSB. I know it's specific to 6G Civics, but safe bet there's something similar for 5G's.

http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/tsb/civic/x99-029e.pdf

I found the issue. It happened to be the reverse light wires on the engine harness. They had broken open and grounded out. Happens to be on the same circuit as the clock and signals.
