Hello Honda-Tech dudes.
New member from Chicago.
I've always owned and driven Nissan 240sx's.
I've had quite a handful of old Japanese RWD cars including a few Toyota's.
I am still quite into the Nissan scene but was recently looking for a new daily driver when a friend convinced me to buy a Civic.
They're known for reliability so I figured why not.
Came across a '98 Deep Amethyst Pearl DX hatchback.
Car is originally from California and being a Nissan guy in the Midwest, I couldn't believe a Honda was so clean. It has some normal suspension on it, Buddy Club street spec coilovers and BWR LCA. Also has fresh bushings for the most part.
I've been saving a lot of money to build yet another 240sx, however this Civic has been a blast in the first few days I've owned it. Who knows what is to come.
Changed the wheel/tire combo instantly.
Not a big fan of unnecessarily small tires creating huge wheel gap.
Also that poke had to go.
In all, not a fan of the wheel design or the bronze on DAP.
Got some Integra LS mesh and bigger tires.
Running an 8mm slip-on on all four.
Wheels are pretty damn oxidized but I have three days off next week so I may go grab some sand paper, paint, and clear.
