What i should do with my 1999 civic si
I was thinking to either swap my B16a2 for a h22, swap out the bottom end with a b18c (if i can even do that), or just strapping a turbo to my b16a2. What do you think I should do, and which one would give me the most power, with more opportunity to gain more HP?

Just drive your car, and learn how to do common maintenance. If you don't know if you can put a b18c block under that head, you don't know enough to do any of the other things you inquired about.

if you have to ask what to do with your car this car is not for you. Keep it stock and save your money.
yea.. not to sound mean.. but i would honestly just find anther hobby.. if you're rocking a 99 si my guess is your 20ish, college student? / financing a car that's over a decade old..

Man, you guys are harsh.
OPC, I own 3 Civic Si's... a '93, a '00 and a'08. I turned 20 nearly 30 years ago... so I guess I don't fit your stereo-type. Here are a couple of alternate possibilities: Some people just really love a Civic Si (fill in the blank on the generation)... and some people purchase older cars so that they can pay CASH for them and not have a car payment.
OP, there are many factors to consider when making a decision about which path to choose... budget and reliability are two important ones. The 1.8L shortblock will be the least powerful choice, but you will be able to keep all of your accessories if you choose and the cost will be the most affordable. The H22 swap will be more powerful, but requires a much bigger budget to do it right and keeping A/C is a bit challenging. Strapping a turbocharger to your B16 will make the most HP per dollar... but your reliability will likely be compromised. Reliable transportation and turbocharging are an odd couple.
Good luck.

Give it a tune up, flush/replace all fluids, replace any bushings that need to be, repair rust if any, get dents taken care of, fix paint scuffs/scratches, do full detail interior/exterior, keep it stock, and love it.
