JDM ITR Front HID Ballast Dead
Hi,
I got a real jdm itr front teg and have the oem HID ballast. Recently one of my hid light went out and I'm not sure if it's the ballast or the bulb. The working side ballast hums when headlight is ON, but the dead side ballast does not hum when ON. Would a dead bulb cause that side not to hum?
