Default 94 Accord turn signal problem!!!

Whats up everyone, i have a 94 accord with a turn signal problem that i been dealing for almost a week. My signals wont work when i start the car in the morning, but in the afternoon they work perfectly fine. I have changed the fuse, relay, and switch. What else can cause for the turn signals not to work properly?? Btw sometimes they work in the morning while im almost at work or just leaving my house. TIA please help

What happens if you turn on the hazard lights in the morning when the turn sognals won't work?

i just noticed my 94 ex doing the same thing, it has sat for 2 years and worked fine before, now that its back on road, i just tried to use right signal and it doesnt click, light up, nothing, checked bulbs, everything seems fine, so i check hazards and when i push hazard button everything works, so i put signal on and left it on and it ended up starting to work after playing with it for a little bit, but it wasnt working at all when i started, dont know what it could be
