95 Accord won't start
My 95 died on me Friday. Before it died it felt a little jumpy and would not accelerate any higher. When I stopped the vehicle the RPM dropped to Zero and would not go. I tried to shut it off and start it back up, but it failed to and made a sound like it wanted to start but would not. All electrical still works it just will not turn over to start.
It has about 178k miles.
I had the distributor replaced back in June, as well as all plugs and wires.
Ignition coil replaced as well.
I'm not sure what is causing it not want to start. I was able to pull the Check Engine Light Codes. I got 4, 9, 15, and 41.
Any help would be appreciated.

When was the last time the timing belt was changed?
Pull the distributor cap off and see if it rotates while having another person crank the engine.
If the distributor no longer moves, possibly a broken timing belt.
