Default 89 civic si b20b need AC!!

What's up peeps! so about a month ago I bought my 89 civic hb with a b20b in it for my DD. It has no AC and it needs everything for it. Can anyone help me with a list of parts please. I want to buy all the parts and have my mechanic install them but I do think his familiar with honda swaps.

Just a couple threads down. Add to the list "B series adapter bracket" such as the hasport unit.

EFBAC - Air Conditioning - Accessories

You're looking at a lot of money.

I figured it would be pricey but it's worth it, it's my daily driver and saves me a lot of gas/tags/insurance lol and it's a nice little project car as well lol

Forget an adapter bracket to run the crappy TR70 or Matsushita compressor.

Get a PJ7 compressor bracket from a CRV. Then bolt the Sanden TRS090 compressor to it. The TRS090 is a much, much superior compressor to the TR70 or Matsushita found in the EF.

Plus, it's much cheaper. You're looking at $150 for a brand new TRS090 vs. nearly $400 for a TR70.

Buy custom hybrid AC hoses from me and bolt your upgraded TRS090 right to the rest of your Civic system. Enjoy AC in your B swap - plus a more reliable and better performing compressor than the stock Civic system would have been anyway.
