Default oil leaking

I have a 92 accord and is leaking oil and looks like it is around the timing belt cover. Can it leak there? If it is do i need a gasket and how hard is it to do? Besides fixing it can i try to tighten any bolts? Can i use some of that oi; stop leak stuff or maybe thicker oil? The sticker says 5w30 thanks

Yes it can leak from there. Take valve cover off and replace said gasket. Easy peasy work. Look up the torque sequence for the bolts.
