Default 95 Integra Radiator fan not working wires not connected to anything but the Fan.

i Have a 95 Acura integra GSR, It has a sun roof and is a 2 door coupe now the guy who sold me the car mokey wired it to the max so im not sure whats what i bout extra wiring so that i could try to make a toggle switch and have it connected directly to the battery but the wires just burned up and melted i i really need help so that my car does not over heat or blow my engine Please help

Black wire on the left i believe thats the ground and blue on the right which i believe is the positive, now i tried to wire the fan derectly to the battery and use a toggle switch for it to turn on and off although this method isnt very perfession and it will drain my battery over time i need help to figure out which wire these go to or a way to fix it please comment and send me Privet messages i need the help as soon as possiable Thanks everyone.

The power wire should be fused (maybe a 30a, correct me if I'm wrong) to an ignition-on power source, or always on depending on your preferences.
The other should go to the fan switch on the thermostat housing. That's a plug that when it gets hot, it will ground. If you want a switch, run the ground into the car, then ground the other side of the switch.
Hope this helps and makes sense.

I suggest you find the helms repair manual and locate the broken wires on the other end. This fan kicks on by getting a signal from the thermostat fan switch, to a relay, and then to the fan.
