so i have a 2007 tl i decided to go ahead and clean the throttle body with the CRC throttle body cleaner.

i cleaned it majority with the engine off it was really like really bad and dirty i guess no one ever cleaned it.

i did 2x with engine on and it shut off. like it did to me before when i did it to my old integra.

so now that i cleaned it..i have that code popping up....i dont know if i messed it up or cause i ran it with no tube on that it popped..

it idles fine but when i shifts down it rpm goes a little high than drop than goes high again, and acts normal...idk what that is due too.. i dont want to buy an acuator i know thats probably pricey..

but any advice or help will be great thanks!

 

I see this is an old post and still no responses. Did you ever figure out what was the issue? I'm having the exact same problem on my 04 TL. I did the valve cover gaskets about a month ago and completely cleaned the intake and throttle body while I had it out.
