Aircon swith and knob lights abnormal behaviour

Aircon swith and **** lights abnormal behaviour
Hello to all dear members
I am new on this forum.
My question is that, whenever I switch on parking lights while Aircon running, the lights of Aircon switch and control ***** become dim and some times off.
Note: I have recently install car security alarm system, Steel Mate brand.
