Default H22 Head Stamp Question

I've recently bought a swapped hatch and I'm confused to what my actual head is... I've done a ton of reading on here and other sites and I can't get a actual answer.. I was told its a Euro R block & head. The block is stamped H22A and I can get the numbers below it if needed.. BUT the head is stamped P13-HF-1 which I've read is a Type-S head but then I've read that its a Base/SH head..

Any help to getting to the bottom of this would be great lol...

You were lied to. The EuroR head is stamped PDE. The EuroR block is stamped H22A though.
