I just replaced my ac compressor, reciever, expansion valve, my ac low pressure side is at 45 and high pressure side at 200 and i havent seen it go up
Any one know what it could be

 

What exactly is it not doing right?

You pressures seem OK (assuming your ambient temps are in the 85-100 degree range and we are talking R134.)

Are you sure you added the proper amount of refrigerant? You didn't double charge the oil did you? Most new compressors ship pre-oiled and adding too much will hamper the system's capability.

Needles on the gauges fairly smooth, not jumping?

 

The low side pressure indicates transfer of heat (higher than freezing), the high side indicates heat transfer (near boiling, could be a bit higher). Stop replacing parts, and diagnose the problem you have. If you replace everything, you have no idea what the problem was, and it may occur again.
