I have a 4 cylinder 2000 Accord and it is giving me heaps of trouble. Some days it won't start. Very similar to this video: But i'm not having the same problems he has. Also, when i'm coming to a stop, it sometimes sputters out and dies. When that happens all of the lights on the dash come on. When it dies like this, I've found that I can push it about 10 feet and then it usually starts no problem.

When I used a code reader on my car it gives me "p0420" which is "Catalytic System Below Efficiency" I've also checked the main relay, it seems to be fine.

I'm 18, broke, living across the country from my family, and I'm definitely not a car guy. Help me Honda-Tech, you're my only hope.
