Still rolling stock height.
So I've been searching the forums and can't seem to find a thread of stock height rollers. I'm probably not searching hard enough or not in the correct forum.
With all the suspension upgrades (coil-overs and lowering springs) that are available for our Civics/CRX, who here has made the choice of staying stock height?
Please share pictures of your stock height pride and joy.

Pretty sure there are very few people who stay at stock height. Most of them are restomods and are very rare. Even the most tasteful restomods often go with performance coilovers and drop 1" or so off of stock ride height. I don't mind the offroad look myself, but the performance gains of coilovers are significant enough and you really don't end up at stock ride height with many of the options.
Yeah, I figured as much that the numbers would be low. I have seen a few very well kept hatchback's driving around town and that's what made me start to question how many of HT members are still at stock height.
I'm thinking of going back to stock height and just improve on the swaybar (front and back) and of course replace most if not all the bushing.
Still curious on the number of HT members rolling stock height.

im at stock height. dont have any pics to share at the moment.
i have a 22mm rear sway bar (mugen) and felt that it needed a 19mm (sedan) front bar.
im also on illuminas which i believe provide the proper adjustment range from stock to track performance. (unlike other yellow brands...)

I actually had no one in mind when I said that! :D
I'm 'restoring' my car in some aspects of the word. It will most likely have a 1"-1 1/2" drop due to the coilovers I went with. Like I said, I don't mind the look of the stock ride height.

Well it's official, hatch is back to stock height as of yesterday. Took me a couple of hours to switch out suspension. Now trying to decide which swaybar kit to go with. Tanabe or Suspension Teqniques.
I'll post the Before and After then again Before pics later today lol.

I had major self esteem issues when I was at stock height. Didnt like to be seen in the car at all. Embarrassed to walk to my car when I saw a cute girl, depression etc.
You cant be serious, self esteem does not come from a car. Shoot if that was the case then Honda would not be my car of choice for a self esteem boost ha ha.
I thought about this long ago, when I got my 2nd Crx in the 1990's. I ended up going with a combination of new struts (which I needed) made by Tokico called blue, and suspension techniques coils that lowered the car 1.4"
The result was a car that handled a hell of a lot better, as well as ride a lot better than stock, oh yes, looked nicer too

I've seen a few (two hatches and one CRX) stock height driving around here that are clean and appear to be well taken care of. Although around here there seem to be more lowered Hondas than not.
Yeah I know I could have just Google pictures of stock Civic/CRX but the idea behind this thread was to see how many HT members were still at stock height or returned to stock height that's all.
