2000 honda accord lx po code 700 and 740
Im not sure about what to do about these codes i dont know anything about automatics so i am going to drain the transmission fluid and reset the computer and see if the codes come back but is it a solenoid ? Or a sensor??
P0740 is a range/performance issue with the TCC clutch. This can be due to a worn out converter clutch, or a lack of fluid supplied to it. In most cases this is caused by a fluid supply problem due to material blockage in the valve body itself. A fluid change may alter this behavior temporarily, but will recur in a brief amount of time.

If want an accurate answer to your questions, you need to provide detailed information, which you have neglected to do.
