Default Power Steering going out

I have a 2005 RSX Base and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else I've searched on the forum and haven't found any previous post but...

When I first start up my car my power steering works it's a little stiff but shortly after driving for a bit (maybe 2 or 3 minutes) it goes out any clue what could be happening? (The power steering pump was recently changed)

So when you replaced the power steering pump. You started experiencing this?

The power steering went out completely before, and I replaced the pump and it worked for a while and then one day I remember I was turning the wheel and I held it at the max turn for a little while and after that the steering started working intermittently.
