Default 1996 Integra RS track toy FS/FT

Posting my freshly rebuilt Integra. I am only considering parting with it because I enjoy driving my brothers street cars more than this. I have only autocrossed the car a few times but built it with the intention of road race and autocross events. Roughly 1k miles driven since rebuild. Literally only needs a roll bar and 1" brake master cylinder and it should be pretty dialed. I'm going to take a huge loss on it and I'm fine with that, I have somewhere around $20,000. Now onto the car.
Clean Ohio title in hand
96 Integra RS shell 85k miles
Unopened 99 spec B20B
Moroso baffled pan
New timing belt, oem oil and water pump. New seals throughout.
Newer exedy clutch and fidanza flywheel approx. 15k miles
LS trans with Gear-X 4.9fd and MFactory helical LS
Knockoff Tri-Y header with heat wrap
P75 intake manifold to retain torque
Hondata thermal gasket
Short ram piping with welded v stack
CTR N1 crank pulley and new belt
Energy suspension engine mount inserts
ITR axle back muffler
New axles and intermediate shaft
Front and rear Legend GS calipers on Cooper and EP3 rotors. HP+ pads.
15" Tracklite Gear with 225/45 NT01
Koni yellow OTS with GC 550F/450R
Hardrace front and rear camber kit, rear toe adjustment and super tie rods.
New PIC/suja1 bushings all clocked.
Stock front sway bar, 22mm ITR rear bar.
Spoon Sports front and rear strut tower braces
Buddyclub P1 bucket with PCI seat rail and Racequip camlock harness.
I've tried to use a typical approach with this build, it's simple but extremely quick. Just needs steering rack tightened up a bit and bigger MC due to the large brakes, they will rip your face off but are touchy because the MC is too small. Also the doors are gutted so there are no windows.
I'm mostly just interested in a fair trade to build a more mild street car but would be willing to take $9,000 as it sits. Would work something out if some parts were retained.

Might start tearing it down to build a street car from the parts. Bump!
